Working Principle of Cooling System of Large Capacity Cube Ice Maker

The refrigerant is compressed into high-pressure gas by  large capacity cube ice maker  . After the condenser condenses into liquid through expansion valve throttling, the refrigerant flows into the evaporator to absorb the heat of water in the evaporator and then becomes low-temperature and low-pressure gas, which is absorbed and compressed by the compressor. With the formation of ice, the suction pressure decreases gradually.

When collecting ice, the compressed hot refrigerant vapor flows into the evaporator through the hot air valve to heat the ice block to separate the ice block from the evaporator and slide into the ice storage chamber. In order to ensure proper heat transfer and prevent the refrigerant from hitting the compressor, the hot air valve must be manufactured according to a certain size.
