1.  Food grade ice machine failure: compressor working but not refrigerating. Cause of failure: refrigerant leakage or damage of two-way solenoid valve closed lax.

Maintenance method: after leak detection, make up leak, add refrigerant or replace solenoid valve

2. Food grade ice machine failure phenomenon: compressor has been working to refrigerate, pumps have been working to pump water, ice continues to thicken, but can not automatically enter the deicing process to ice.

Causes of malfunction offood grade ice machine  : malfunction of water temperature measuring probe makes intelligent control system unable to effectively sense water temperature and work, misjudgement program error, or controller failure.

Maintenance method of food grade ice machine : Measure the resistance value of water temperature probe with Multimeter (pull out the three core wires in the control box and test the resistance value of two wires when the water temperature in the water tank is close to 0 C). If the resistance value is above 27K, it is judged that the controller is bad and should be replaced. If the resistance value is lower than 27K, either of the two wires must be disconnected and the resistance of the two wires must be connected in series. The formula adjusts the resistance value to between 27K and 28K.

3. The machine of food grade ice machine enters the deicing procedure (the pump stops working and the compressor stops refrigerating), but the ice does not fall off. Cause of failure: Damage of two-way solenoid valve.

Maintenance method: Replace solenoid valve body or outer coil.

4.Food grade ice machine is short of water lamp, but the machine does not automatically feed and replenish water. Cause of failure: No water in the pipeline or water intake solenoid valve fails to open.

Maintenance method of food grade ice machine : check the water intake of pipeline, and restart after opening water channel without water. If the intake solenoid valve fails, it will be replaced.

5.Food grade ice machine  compressor work but the pump has not been working (no running water) failure reasons: damage to the pump or internal fouling blockage of the pump. Maintenance method of food grade ice maker: Clean water pump or replace.
