At least six months, we will carry out the maintenance of a  large capacity cube ice maker according to the following procedures in order to obtain reliable, trouble-free operation and large ice production.

1. Inspection of  large capacity cube ice maker  

Check all water pipes and joints to ensure that refrigerant pipes do not friction with other pipes, caps, etc. Don't put anything (such as boxes) in front of the large capacity cube ice maker . The air around the  large capacity cube ice maker should be well ventilated so as to obtain higher ice production capacity and prolong the service life of the equipment.

2. External cleaning

Frequently clean the surrounding of the large capacity cube ice maker to keep it clean and make the equipment run. Clean the ice maker with sponge dipped in neutral soapy water and dry it with a clean soft cloth.

3. Cleaning Condenser

A. Cleanable aluminium air filter in  large capacity cube ice maker is used to filter dust in air. Stolen goods, fibres and grease. It helps keep the condenser clean. Neutral soap water should be used for cleaning air filters.

B. Use a soft brush or a brushed vacuum cleaner to clean the outside of the condenser. Cleaning should be done from the top to the bottom rather than from one side to the other. Do not finish the fins of the condenser for small size.

C. Irradiate the condenser fins with a flashlight, check whether there is dirt between the fins, and clean up in time if there is dirt between the fins.

D. Comb the curved condenser fins with a fin comb.
