Working Process of Ice Barrel of food grade ice machine
The working process of the ice bucket of the new food grade ice machine is described in detail as follows:
After the food grade ice machine starts to work, the water pump 8 pumps water from the water tank 5 through the intake pipe 7 to the water disc 2. Driven by the reducer I, the water from the water disc 2 is evenly sprayed onto the inner wall of the ice bucket body 3. The ice layer is formed on the inner wall of the ice bucket body 3 through the refrigeration mechanism set outside of the ice maker, and the ice knife 4 of the ice breaker is in the belt of the reducer I. Under the action, the ice is scraped off the inner wall of the ice bucket body 3 to form a sheet of ice, which falls into the ice storage tank at the lower part of the utility model for storage, and the water which has not formed ice on the inner wall of the ice bucket body 3 is flowed into the water tank 5 to continue to circulate, thus realizing the continuous ice making process. The refrigeration process of the refrigeration mechanism includes that refrigerant is compressed by the refrigeration compressor into high temperature and high pressure vapor working substance, then heat is exchanged with the outside through the condenser, and heat is released into high pressure liquid working substance. The high pressure liquid working substance flow is filtered through the filter, and then cooled to vapor-liquid mixed state through the expansion valve. Then, refrigerant inlet 12 enters the refrigeration bin 10, and the inner wall of the ice bucket body 3. The water exchanges heat and absorbs a lot of heat, which makes the water in the inner wall of the ice bucket body 3 drop sharply below the freezing point, and instantaneous freezing forms an ice layer. At this time, the refrigerant evaporates into gaseous state after absorbing heat, and is sucked into the refrigeration compressor by the refrigerant outlet 11 for circulation, thus realizing cycle refrigeration.
